We provide this initial consultation to you at no cost so you may have the opportunity to discuss your case with a qualified attorney who can let you know about options you may not have been aware of. The formula is simple: The more you know, the better your decisions will be, and the better the chances for a successful result.
Contingency Fee-Based Cases
We represent personal injury and professional malpractice victims on a contingency fee basis. Once we decide to take your case, we will advance all or most of the costs related to your case (expert witness fees, depositions, medical reports, etc.) and defer our fee until we recover compensation and/or damages for you. This gives you two advantages: One, you do not have to pay either legal fees or costs incurred in connection with your case unless we obtain a recovery; and two, you and our law firm have the same objective, to recover as much money as possible as compensation for your injuries.
Fees in workers' compensation cases are limited by statute and contingent on a successful outcome as well.
