Personal injury lawsuit possible in New Jersey accident

A woman at a New Jersey car wash on Route 35 was badly injured in an accident on the afternoon of March 17, according to local sources. Police and rescue workers in Middletown responded to the accident that sent an employee of the car wash to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver involved in the accident has not yet been charged with an offense, but could face a personal injury lawsuit even if no criminal charges are filed.

New Jersey intersections often sites of motor vehicle accidents

New Jersey motorists and pedestrians would do well to exhibit extra caution when approaching intersections. These are high-risk areas for motor vehicle accidents. Many intersections are secured by traffic signals or pedestrian crosswalk lights; however, there is no guarantee that every person will adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
